Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Checkout is no later than 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved in writing.
Deposit Return
The $500 security deposit is returned within 48 hours after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or rule violations are identified.
Departure Items
Please remove all food and items from the refrigerator/freezer, dispose of all trash, and take all personal belongings when departing.
House Rules
No pets, smoking, vaping, parties, or events. Guests must follow condo association rules, parking rules, pool rules, and local quiet hours.
Left Items
The owner/client is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or forgotten personal items left inside the condo or on the property.
Full Agreement
All approved guests are expected to review and acknowledge the full rental agreement before payment is requested.
